I had carey customs build me a 204 upper- at that time he was the fastest i could get one to build me an upper(white oak was one of my top choices but they said 6-8 months)-- took 4 or 5 weeks- he starts at 695.00 - mine was a little over 800 because i got the vented hand guard and fluted barrel.......

Heres my Carey Custom 204... 22" H Flutted 1:10 twist barrel--- dont have a dedicated lower for it right now-- using my 6.8 lower for now.. Threw some paracord to help break it up for now(all i had at the house..lol).. Weaver Tactical Scope, Larue Mount etc... Ive shot factory 32 and 40 gr horn...
