You will have to let us know how it shoots. An 18" barrel is a little short for the .204 but other than that, the platform is solid. Keep us informed!

I also standardized on the Nosler 40 grainers because they were considerably cheaper than the Sierras. I shoot them in my Ruger 1-12 twist and they shoot great. Really could not tell the difference in accuracy between the Noslers and Sierras so, since the Noslers were cheaper, I loaded up on them.

I like options! I might try some of these in both my .204 and .223! Thanks for keeping us updated Rick.

Burris PEPR is a good product. I mostly use their xtreme tactical rings. They are a high quality product and work very well.

Just an FYI: I am working with a barrel manufacture to get some .204 AR barrels. The barrel that I just tested did not return good results; lower than normal pressure and velocity and I was not impressed with accuracy. The cause?
