outside neck deburr tool?
What tool is best for de-burring the outside of the case after trimming? I have a RCBS and Wilson of the common type. Both perform poorly on the outside of small necks.

Re: Bullet stability
I had 39 gr. BK's key holing at 100 yds with CZ. I had cleaned the barrel with JB and copper remover before trying BK's so it was not fouling. I pushed the bullets out to max length for the mag and the bullets stabilized. I have yet to determine why my CZ does not like 39 BK's but will shoot other b...

Re: Bullet Comparators
I use the Sinclair hex style. http://www.sinclairintl.com/.aspx/pid=34262/Product/Sinclair_Hex_Style_Bullet_Comparators I thought it might not be very accurate before buying it. After using it, the measurement is repeatable to the accuracy of my calipers (0.001"). Being multi-caliber and keepin...

39 BK's hitting target sideways
I need some suggestions to solve a problem. I tested several loads of 39 BK's and reloader 10x. The loads ranged from 23.3 to 26.0 grains with an OAL of 2.250 and were shot through my CZ 527 varmint. Velocities range was 3326 fps for 23.3 grains and 3713 fps for 26.0 grains. Some bullets in five sho...

Re: rcbs powder funnels - static electricity
I blow compressed air across the mouth of funnel if there is a build up of static electricity. It has worked excellent for me. Drawback is you need compressed air available.

Re: Brass Failure
It is all Hornady Brass. Most of it was purchase by the case as loaded factory ammo. Even though much of it was labeled fired once or twice I was unsure since I did not fire it. From your responses I assume the Hornady brass to fail first with neck splitting. From my experience so far, the majority ...

Brass Failure
This is my first post, so hello to all. I purchase a CZ 527 from a friend and it came with a lot of used/new brass. I am not sure how many times some of the used brass was fired. After cleaning and resizing about 1000 cases I only found a few cracked or split necks. Most of the cracks probably occur...
