Re: Popeye
It is weird because that same year I punched another dog about the same distance and right between the eyes but it took everything out the back. It is kind of hard to predict the results of that Swift. This was muttley as a pup and his third coyote that day and ever. He prefers kitties. :D http://i6...

1st time out
Was able to throw some powder in a few cases and head out this mornin with the 204 (VLS). It ended up that Jim White's load was darn close to what I need in my pill tosser (thanks Jim). I put 28.0gr RE15 32gr Vmax together and here is what I got. The top one was the the first shot. The bottom four m...

Badger double
Went out to the ranch a good friend manages and dropped off another brandin iron I made for him. Needless to say he told me to go trapse around and go see what I could see. Well 400+ elk, buffalo, and all kinds of critters. All I ended up with was a badger double, elk horns, and good times. Oh and s...

Re: Memorial Weekend Chucks
Rick: Let me rephrase boring. I have only used rimfire on them and it gets a little old reloading mags. I guess if I would get my VLS out and shoot it it would be a bit more fun

Re: Memorial Weekend Chucks
Thank you much. Here in Central Oregon it is hard to beat a good rockchuck spot. I have a couple spots to shoot rats and there are so many of them (i know this sounds weird) it gets boring, the ranch manager dont think so though. Hope Rick's ears aren't burnin, he lives just down the street. A coupl...
