I use fully prepped Winchester. GaCop, I have a friend @ the Gun Club that is using the Hornady Brass with good succe...

Re: Olympic Arms

Only problem I ever had with them was the hassle of getting additional pistol caliber mags. Buy a pistol caliber upper and it came with only one magazine. Any additional mags must be made with "unobtanium" as their so hard to get.

In the past, I've used the Weaver 4X4 rings on a Yankee Hill riser and reallyliked it.

Re: holding a group at range

Besides shot to shot velocities and average velocities, it will also tell you the Standard Deviation (SD) and Extreme Spread (ES) of your loads. Low SD/ES numbers usually mean you loads will perform ...

Re: Sending a Savage 204 back Into Savage

Sometimes the barrel nut can be a bear to remove the first time around. I modified my barrel vise into an action vise and have no problems removing a factory installed barrel nut now. I use a Wheeler nut wrench. I love the Savage for the ease of barrel changes. Their inherent accuracy is a boon too....

Re: JB Bore Paste

KG-12 is a great solvent for copper removal, the military uses it to clean artillery pieces. KG-2 is a good carbon remover.
