I here your grief i bought the same rifle in .243 for my nephew. I found it would only shoot new Ammo, any reloads would either stick going in or on extraction, even when trimmed on sized. i finally sold the rifle, i suspect it was either a dud or built with too tight of tolerances. hope this helps,...
