Headspace Gauge ?
I''ve been using a bushing die on all my .204 reloads. I know that soon, I'll have to bump the shoulders back a few thousands. I have a Stoney Point headspace gauge kits that contains a bushing for measuring .222 Remington mag. cases. Since the .204 is made from this case, resizing the neck. I don't...

Nice going, wished we had bob cats here. Fluffy gone wild is the closest thing we have.

Re: First coyote with .204
Rick: The picture was taken in my drive and the Foresnic Dowel,(thats good,I like that) is a raw arrow shaft. Kim204: 3750 fps on that 32gr. Which I'am told is a little slow. I plan to switch over to the 39 grainers. I have 500 on order if they ever get here. I don't care about pelt damage. Coyotes ...

First coyote with .204
The temperature had climbed to 9 degrees with a very calm South wind. That was a welcomed change from the -30's of the previous weeks we had here in Northern Illinois. I had one farm that I could hunt with a South wind. I figured I'd give it a try. The snow was knee deep, so I knew I would have to u...

Re: where to go from here
Is there a possibility that the gun may have some bedding problems? Fliers like those on the targets usually point to bedding. someone at the range mentioned that also. How do I fix this and approxomately what will it cost? Varmitslayer Looking at your second target, 32 gr. V Max, 25.6 gr. RX10. Is...

Re: Cold Coyote Calling - Advise Please
Here in Northern Illinois last week it's been -38. We have about fourteen inches of snow on the ground and more coming in. Just walking in is a job. If the wind is in your favor, write your name in the snow.

Looking at your second target, 32 gr. V Max, 25.6 gr. RX10.
Is the target in the picture in the same orientation that it was fired in ? Looks like the target might be on it's side. I would give this load another try.

Re: Sizing button
Muley I just got off the phone with Redding. Yes there is suppose to be an undersized part that is used to hole the decapping pin in place, that was not in my set. Redding is sending it out, no charge. If you get your die and don't get that extra piece here's Reddings number. 607 753 3331. Sinclair ...

Muley
You may be right, but in this case the smaller button. The one that cannot be removed is still sizing the neck. I'll give Sinclair a call, that's who I bought it from.

Good info.
From the favorite load post, I put together several loads. Of the four this was the best. The rifle is new and has less that 25 rounds down the tube. Now I'll work on tighting them up. The string is my fault, weak eyes.
