I guess I would like a no bullshit answer... would the Shilen 1:9 twist handle the 32-40gr well or should I stick with the 1:12 I have used before

i guess that rules out Shilen... from Midway and Brownells they only sell a 1:9

Guys I'm in the same boat... I shoot 32 - 40gr (Mostly 32gr VMAX and 39gr SBLTZK) and I am in a toss up between the Shilen 1-9" or the sabre defense 1-12"
