Re: 17 Fireball and RL-10X
I found out that the when i was using the rcbs fl sizer die that it was so hard to extract the case from the die that it was stretching the case at the shoulder. Bought redding dies and bumped the shoulder back and no problems now. Good shooting. what load is that if you don't mind?

Re: The Perfect 100yrd Targets
I knew someone would say that. Thanks for the infor. I just can't find one i like to use. I like the little dot on the one above but then it's nice to cover crosshair with one on paper also. Just was curious what some other were using. I know skippy is the #1 choice. Wish i had more groundhogs over ...

Re: Midway USA Dogtown Bullets?
might be ok short range. Not sure on the BC but i am sure it is very low. For yotes i would rather go with the 39 BK or the bergers. Both top bullets on this site for yotes. Please post if you test out the DogTowns.

Re: Midway USA Dogtown Bullets?
If you do a seach on here you should find a ton of info. and good loads for them. I know several shooters find them to shoot well if you keep them below 3600. I can keep them around an inch or so in my browning a bolt with H4895. I beleive they will do better, just haven't had time to do proper load...

Re: Neck sizing only
Thanks. I just bought a body die for my remmy fireball. Do you need a special caliper or micrometer to use the die. I have nothing to mesure the shoulder of case. So will i need to purchase additional equipment.

Re: o.a.l too long
Your Sizer die and Seater are to be set different ways. Read the instructions that came with the die and it should explain it well. Did you have a bullet in the case or did you screw the seater die down to the empty case mouth?

Re: Brass Length
Thanks. I just had this nosler brass sitting her for a while and didn't know what the heck to do. They vary so much and new i could not use them for load testing in that condition. I guess it will take a while until it stretches to recomended trim length.

Neck sizing only
Do most reloaders on this site neck size only. If so do you have to full size first and then neck size throughout the life of the brass. Thanks.
