Re: Rifle pics.....Enjoy

Very nice rifles and outsanding pics. The only question is how do both of them group at those distances and who did your gunsmithing? Thanks for sharing them with us. :D

Re: Help Picking A SAVAGE

I have 13 Savage rifles to include a LRPV in .204. I would have to say that the way I would go if I was in your shoes and had a $1500 budget would be get the modle 12 LRPV and get a Leupold target scope, just because your going to shoot paper right. So you might as well buy a custom gun that is made...

Re: Dillon 650 and the 204 Ruger

Hi Peepsight, Well I do not have a 650 but I do have a 550 and the only thing with varget is that sometimes you get a powder hang and that causes a mess. So what I do is i give the handle a bump at the bottom of the stroke so it will ensure that it wont hang up on me when I use varget for any of my ...

Re: How to start Hnad loading

Well I have been handloading for 20 years and thats including the years that my dad taught me how to handload on a lee handloader during black powder cartridge shoots, and I have two set ups in my gun room. One is for target shooting, and one is for large volume varmint shooting. The first is my sin...

Re: Remington 700 Aftermarket Trigger?

I also agree with the Timney triggers I have them in some of my rifles but there is also Rifle Basix that are a fine trigger in them selves. All the triggers mentioned are easy to instal and very safe. No one here has led you wrong. Good shooting and Ride Up!!!

Re: Cleaning a Chrome lined barrel

Dan I have two rifles with chrome barrels and I clean them with a brass brush with no problems at all. The only thing you have to look out for is that the brass will come off in the barrel like the copper on your bullets. So I always use a nylon after the brass. But it never has effected the preform...
