Still trying to fin an accurate load for Midway Dogtowns. I shot this morning using 24 grns of H322. I think I was getting tighter groups with 4895 but both me and my dealer are out. I've had 2-204's. Both have 1/12 twist. The first one that I had would not stabilize a 40 grain V-Max at all. It was already sideways through the target 10/15 feet from the muzzle. The 204 I have now shoots the 40 grain V-Max nicely with the same loading. Don't know why? :?: I remember when the 243 ...

As far as remington's qaulity control, the shop I deal with told me of a guy who bought a VTR that did not have rifling to the end of the barrel!?!
