It is a Richards stock in camo laminated. It was rougher than I expected, needed lots of work to shape & sand . Expect to spend a lot of quality time working one one . I had fun doing mine.

I was told by the dealer that the Ruger Vaqureo 45 colt was made in 1997 & was an uncataloged item buy Ruger with the mother of pearl grips & engraving on the cylinder. Not sure if this is true or not. Think I may make a call to Ruger to find out for sure. Either way I like the way it looks....
