Re: New R-15 in 204
I have one but with a shorter barrel. I like the gun but the trigger is really heavy, looking to replace the trigger or maybe upgrade to a trigger spring kit for it. My gun is kind of picky to reload for, it does not shoot hornady bullets at all. I have tried several combinations of powder and bulle...

Excited with IMR8208XBR
Finally found a load for my AR. I was successful with H335 but had some significant variation from winter to summer. Bought a pound of IMR8208XBR to play with and so far so good. Sierra 32 27.7g IMR8208XBR CCI 450 Win brass This stuff meters great, I did find that the closer I get to max load the bi...

Magazine for AR
What kind of magazine are you guys using to get the longest COAL?
I have some plastic 30 round mags that allow about 2.250 max COAL.
Is there other brands that allow a longer COAL?

Anyone out there using small base dies for their AR 204?

Re: Help - Serious pressure and ruined my bolt
All brass had been fired 1 or 2 times in this gun. Then neck sized with my collet die. I had actually pulled out 2 or 3 pieces of brass because the primer pocket felt a little loose, not bad but different than the others. I have pulled the bullets in all of my remaining loads and individually weighe...

Re: Remington R-15 204 w/ 22" barrel
I have read BabaOrielys' 50gr Berger load testing in this forum. I agree it is some good info, I should have mentioned that my barrel has a 1 in 12" twist. I belive the 50g Berger need a faster twist than I have.
Thanks for the info, keep it coming.

Re: Case Trimming - RCBS Trim Pro and 3-Way Cutter
I bought a .222 Lee case length tool and turned it down on a lathe. It works alright but not sure if it as accurate as other trimmers.

Case Trimming - RCBS Trim Pro and 3-Way Cutter
I am considering purchasing a RCBS Trim Pro Power Case Trimmer to help speed up my case prep process. I am also interesed in using a Trim Pro 3-Way cutter with it. Do they work well? Are they worth the investment? How about the Case Trimmer Collets? I am currently using a modified Lee case trimmer t...
