Re: Tikka T3 Lite/Ruger M77 Mark II!
So what's the verdict on the Tikka Lite? My buddy is getting ready to join the 204 club and was considering it and a Weatherby. Suggestions? The tikka seemed nice but never talked to anyone who has shot one and my buddies biggest hold off on a 204 was he is worried it doesn't have coyote killing pow...

Re: Super accurate factory 204? Your opinions?
I was hoping for under 1" at 100yrds. I know the weatherby vanguard advertises 1.5" and just hear the T/C gaurantees 1" or less. I have heard good things about the Tikka lite rifle as far as feel, but not much on its accuracy.

Super accurate factory 204? Your opinions?
I am looking to buy a factory 204. What do you recommend for out of the box accuracy with factory ammunition. Accuracy is the criteria here (assuming I can hold it steady for once). Thanks!

Re: 700 sps rem 204
I have the same gun and it sends out flyers once in a while. My groups are a little better than yours but I am to unhappy with the performance. I tried the 32 grain silvers and 40 grain Vmax.

Vmax ok for coyotes?
I just switched to Hornady 40grain Vmax ammo and hit and lost a coyote at 180 yards or so. (My rifle is still throwing an occassional bullet so I can't be sure of shot placement). My buddy said it is because Vmax are for praire dogs and rabbits only. Any input? I'm using my 204 for coyotes only and ...

Re: my first 204
I have the SPS with the regular barrel. I have had a terrible time sighting in but I think it's because of my scope, but I would be very interested in hearing how yours shoots and what grain you find to be the best. Right now I am shooting 40 grain Hornadys. Going to try Winchester silvertips (32gr)...
