Re: 204 Cleaning Ritual
Something else that is handy in the field is a can of canned air like you can buy to clean computer keyboards and electrical components.

It also works like the Brass-o-matic http://www.zephyrdynamics.com/page3.html (see video), except it is alot cheaper. I paid $139 with Frt. from optic planet. I will give a report when I get it.

Re: Nosler 2nds - .204 40gr
You may not always be right, but I like the way you think!Of course, I already have thought about if they don't work, what will I do? The answer was easy: buy a Remington or Savage to keep the NEF company.

Re: trouble finding good load
I had a friend who had a CZ that didn't shoot right and the crown was warped from the factory. Might want to inspect your gun's crown. I own several CZ's and all have been very good shooter's.

Re: 35 Bergers:Whats your favorite powder?
I have had good luck with 25.5 grains Benchmark. Other people have had good luck with H4895 and R-10x.

Re: I have a question about a load velosity.
That was out a 22" Browning Stalker (Buggy Whip Barrel). I have some heavier barreled that are longer .204's guns, but that was the one I had data similar to his request. RP preped brass and Rem 7.5 BR Primers.

Re: 39 BK performance update
Works good, but Berger 35 grain bullets work better for me. I have gotten some Berger 40 grain, but have not used them yet. The 39 grain Sierra Bullet jackets are a little thin for yotes IMHO.

Re: I have a question about a load velosity.
28 grains of H4895 will avg. around 3780 ft/sec with a Sierra 39 grain bullet. This varies with barrel, barrel lenght, temperature, and powder lot#.

Re: Anyone else shoot a Browning?
I have a Browning Composite Stalker and Brush Varmint, neither like the 40 grain Vmaxes. They do like the 40 grain Nosler Btips, Berger 35 and 40 grains, 39 Sierra's, 32Vmaxes and the 33 grain Calhoons. Just my experience with my gun, but every gun is very different. I have good luck using Benchmark...

Re: Appreciate an update on N-133.
I have already did a search on this forum and others. I gleaned what info I can find. When I get some time I will experiment and report. It seems that Benchmark and VV N-133 behave about the same even though their volume and grain for a load are pretty different.

Appreciate an update on N-133.
I know from different posts earlier, people were trying N-133 in their .204 and the groups looked promising. Just wondered if you felt it was about the same speed and accuracy as H4895 and RL-10x or better? Any comments would be appreciated. I understand it really burns clean. I use Benchmark right ...

Re: .204 in a Tikka?
Either Scheels has an exclusive on the .204 caliber for US or they are getting them from the Canada Distributor. I have heard both ways, but I think they are getting them from Canada. BerettaUSA doesn't import the Rem 260 caliber either.

Re: .204 in a Tikka?
I have Browning (Varmint and composite Stalker), CZ Kevlar Varmint, Kimber ProVarmint and T3 Tikka SS Varmint. I rate the .204 T3 as good as any of the above mention including the Kimber which cost almost twice as much. It is not a pretty gun in my opinion (lot of plastic), but it is very accurrate,...
