FYI: Barrel is new from MGM with about 40 to 50 rounds thru it and 19 of them were coated.

Need help with 270 reloading

Since I'm still green to reloading and really green on the coated bullet side, I need some help. I loaded some 270s a couple of weeks ago and not please with the results. I coated these bullets with WS2. The max load using imr 4350 is 53 gr. Started load with 50 gr and worked up to 53. But when I go...

No Chronograph
Used WS2 for coating.

I'm going to work up some load this weekend to do the comparison.

Encore with MGM Barrel My 204 results with a new trigger job and coated bullets. 40 gr Honady bullets, Powder: H4895 10 Loads having 5 shot groups starting @ 24.9 to 26.7 with .2 gr increases COA 2.333 Temp 46 deg. Do you guys clean or degrease new bullets before you coat them and if you do, how do you do it.?

? New to this bullet coating

Can some go over the steps to coating bullets and equipment needed.

Then once coated, how do you seperate the excess media and coating from the bullets?
