Re: ND dog
Cant be N. Dakota. We dont have any coyotes, PD's or any other varmints. Just alot of snow and cold, so no need to come and look for em, you can leave em for us......
On the other hand, great shooting, hunting and an awesome hero pix.

WTB: 204 Ruger Take off barrel - R77 MKII
Looking for a gently used take off barrel that will fit my R77 MKII in .204 Ruger of course. Sporter or target weight works.
Thanks

A Great Weekend
Ya know what, the 204 simply is a great cartridge!! This is my 2nd yr shooting one in the killing fields and it has earned the top shelf in my varmint gun armory. I went shooting in my favorite fields capable of providing hours continuous acrobatic and aerobatic entertainment, in vivid colors tooââ...

Re: Muzzle Brake for 7mm WSM
What the heck, I 'll throw in my .02$. 1st - I love brakes, on my bench & PDoggie rifles. Primarily so I can see my own impact and spot for myself. However, I do wear both foamies & muffs when shooting 2nd - I would not put a brake on a "hunting" rifle that I may find myself in a s...

Re: Ruger Hawkeye in 223 cal
On my Rugers, I have found that applying desired tq the the fore and aft screws (I tq mine @ 50 inlbs) and leaving the center screw (finger tight) gives me the best & consistant groups. Long, long ago I was advised to leave the center screw finger tight as it can stress the action and act like a...

Re: Lee AutoPrime Shellholder Problems..
Hi Rick, Yep, I have been looking at the Sinclair since they offered it. But the handy dandy Lee unit just kept working and now I figured a way to keep it working.. But I think the Sinclair unit is going on the X-mas wish list regardless. Regarding Mr. Johnston, if I am thinking of the same one, he ...

Re: Lee AutoPrime Shellholder Problems..
Okay, I may have solved my prob. Ran downstairs and mic'ed a bunch of .204 rims, avg d is .372. Hmm, drawings shows .378, now I am thinking brass issues.. Then I mic some .17 & .223 brass with those avg .374. What the fudge.. Then I just grab the lee auto tool and to seat another and I happen to...

Lee AutoPrime Shellholder Problems..
Sat down to prime new 204 WW brass in my tried and true lee auto prime tool and when seating, the shellholder appears to be a loose fit and really marks ups/damages the rim when trying to seat the primer and it allmost pushes the case thru. Never had an issue before with any other brass and I am usi...
