Re: WTB 6mm Rem Neck Sizing Die
Yah, I have those for all my other varmint calibers (17 Rem, 222, 223, 204, 243 and 25-06 and a 7mm Rem Mag that I would sell or trade) and might as well get the dies for this one, not like they are too pricey.

WTB 6mm Rem Neck Sizing Die
Looking to see if anyone has a 6mm Rem neck sizer die or die set they would part with. Maybe brass also, possibly 75-85 grain bullets priced right. Thanks.

Re: WTB a SCOPE!
Midway USA often has the Nikon Buckmasters 6-18X with mil-dot reticle for $310, decent glass for the money, I have a couple with target dot reticles and they are fine. Resettable turrets and come with an extra set of target knobs I think.

Re: USA made gun safes?
My recommendation would be to buy the biggest one you can afford or largest you can accomdate to where you want to put it. You really don't want it to be easily moved, kinda the point of one, it is your fire and theft insurance policy. Don't worry, you will likely out grow whatever one you choose an...

Welcome to the site, post your results. Good choice of bullet with the rem tube. You can learn a lot from the fellas here. Be careful, this hobby can become more an obsession if you aren't careful.

CCI Small Rifle Primers $19.99 on Cabela's Website
I saw this Monday and on Tuesday ordered a pile of CCI 400s. I ordered 10 bricks, $20 haz mat plus $5 shipping (found a code for $5 shipping, use 2WFLAT in the promo code box, order must be over $150). There didn't seem to be a limit. $22.50 a brick tax, title and delivered to your door. CCI is usua...

WTB Win 243 brass
I just found a new varmint shooter at a local gun show. Need a few hundred 1X fired cases, matching head stamps preferred but will consider all. Any .243 shooters that don't reload let me know what you have and what you need. Thanks Scott (remy3424) A big thanks to "willyp19", a straight s...

Re: shelf life of powders
I grabbed a can of IMR 4227 from my father's stash a while back and did notice the "red dust", I just assumed it was from the metal can (rust). It seemed quite potent yet in the 44 Mag loads I used it with. I would guess the powder is about my age (46). What will the side effects likely be...

Re: Anyone with an opinion of the Rem 770 or Savage Edge
Just saw the flier, no scopes, which is just as well. Thanks for the quick reveiw acloco (nice snag on the Leupold scope also). Neither of this would likely have much resale value, but they are a CHEAP way to find out if you want to get into rifles I guess. They do have Rem SPS SS heavy barreled rig...

Re: .243 Powders?
My 243 Win (Sav.12) makes a mess of p-dogs with a 58 gr. Vmax and 43gr. (I think) of Varget. Chrony was over 3900fps if I remember correctly. Might be on the hot side, primers are starting to flatten. I shoot IMR4350 in a sporter with 80 gr. SPs, coyote rig which doesn't see much action sadly.

Anyone with an opinion of the Rem 770 or Savage Edge
Have a friend wanting to purchase his first centerfire bolt rifle. Cabelas has the Rem 770 for $299 and the Savage Edge for $259 in choice of caliber (they might even have a 3x9) sporter barrel in a flier coming out. Acts like he's on a budget for this purchase. The Edge does not have the accu-trigg...

Hal, take Mikes offer. I think you will both be happy and end this one. Wow guys, everyone would not have the same opinion, even if was the very same rifle to critique. These comments about rifles aren't personal, so don't take them personal. Oh, the subject of the post...I have one of those 204s (s...
