So did anyone recieve thier Tikka 204 Ruger yet?

If so does it have the Picatinny rail (super varminter) or is it a normal stainless varmint model

I do some close woods coyote hunting but the ranges go from 100-200 yard very often.

I'd like a 204 that isn't too heavy but it seems like most of them are outfitted with heavier barrels.

Who makes a light weight (like a Tikka T3) 204 Ruger bolt that is a tack driver.
