What bullet are you using? 10 grains fits nicely using the 45 gr. Hornady Hornet (#2230).

My CZ527 with the 45 grain Hornady Hornet and 10 grains of Lil Gun shoots one hole groups all day long. That's a strong statement for a Hornet. I just picked up a pair of Caldwell's for my daughter that were on sale at SW for less than $30. Haven't had a chance to see how they do yet. And they were........pink!

My .22 Hornet 527 shot great right out of the box.......and then I found a load it really liked (10.2 of Lil Gun and 45 gr. Hornadys) and it got even better.
