Gube, had the same run-out problems with the RCBS Competition Seating dies.Went with the S bushing style dies from Redding and like skipper said "solved the problem".Also have talked to people who have had great results with the Hornady micrometer seating stem,not bad for a $20.00 item.

Once the concentricity problem is solved I'll be getting some WS2.Let us know your findings Bad Dad, would be interesting to see.

Skipper thanks for the tips on the reloading dies well be using those techniques when I receive them.Have a RCBS concentricity gauge that has been showing the progressive snowballing concentricity problem.Your right the run-out starts with the neck expander and progresses with the foul seating formi...

skipper what was your average run-out using such seating dies.On a quest to find a seating die that will have a run-out average of .001 or less, hoping for the Forster Ultra or Redding Comp. dies if not then well be investing in an K&M arbor press and Wilson dies.

Great consistancy Hawkeye .I'll bet your runout is nil it would be interesting to know also the neck wall thickness.It must be the Redding Comp. dies and Norma brass now you got me thinking :shock:

Acloco I think the CCI BR4's will work great for your H4895 testing ,been getting some more sub 0's with the combo at 100.How thick are you leaving your case necks after shaving mine are running at .0115. Just bought some Rem. brass and CCI 450 primers today to try,loading them now well let you know how it goes.Hopefully well get some pics posted of the groups,if I can figure it out. :)

Greetings horsedr ,You may would like to try seating the bullets back to 2.250 until you find out what seating depth each bullet likes in your rifle after you have found which grains of charge shoots the tightest groupings.For example the rifle I have 40 V-Max's like set to 2.260 and 39 Sierra BK's ...

acloco your POI must be a smig to the left for the head to eject to thee right, the head must do quit a bite of airtime to go that distance :lol:
