Re: what is your #1 bullet choice?
My vote went for the 40gr V-Max!!!! Very good SPLAT FACTOR with the PD's. Some rifles hate them however, but mine loves them! Which is sweet b/c they happen to be the cheapest 250pk out of your choices. Also, the Midsouth Varmint nightmares didn't do too bad......about a 3/4" 5 shot group witho...

Hawkeye, the Savage blackpowders are badass too!!!! I was just somewhere the other day that I saw one that was in brand new condition for....i wanna say.... a low $400. Just as a heads-up, now you need a Blackpowder and a .204 Black Rifle for Christmas!!!!!! -Dan

Re: Remington R-15
Hawkeye, They said they have been thinking about a .204....but I will have to ask again b/c when I talked to them about that it was almost a year ago. I think the .308 boys have been on them for big uppers too.... The big gun show is in Des Moines this weekend and I KNOW they will be there for that....

Re: Remington R-15
TD-MAX, I have the 20" bull and I threw some cheap MIDWAY USA 55gr bulk bullets behind some H335 powder for the PD trip this summer. They grouped between 1/2" and 3/4" for 5 shot groups, I called it good. Going to do some load development this winter. The Superiors are just AWESOME sh...

Re: Remington R-15
I have not shot a R-15, but I have heard mixed opinions on both the new Rem. and S&W AR's. I have shot Bushmasters, Rock Rivers, Olympic Arms, Colts, and Armalites. And I own 2 Superior Arms AR's! If that says anything. I liked the Colt and the RR, but I talked with the 2 gentlemen that started ...

Opinions on Cleanest Burning and Most Fouling Powder
Hey guys, I was wondering what you all feel is the cleanest burning and the most fouling powders that you all have tried for your .204 and .223 loads. Keeping in mind accuracy, for example Brand X powder gave you good results....but was really dirty so you don't use it even though you found accuracy...

Micrometer stand????
Hey guys. Was wondering if anyone knew where to get a stand that will hold the micrometer while trying to use it? I have looked through Midway and can't find anything. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks! -Dan
