The Cooper looks alot better, prob. shoots as well,and is cheaper. If the only concern is weighing 20oz. less, lay a sanbag over it when you shoot. :wink:

I need to find a better sizing lube. Any suggestions?

I pretty much just neck size, but FL size every once in a while. I use the hornady one shot. It cleans up nice, but makes a mess when I spray it over my brass. And it's not very cost effective. I was thinking about bringing home some moly or graphite from work and trying that. Would that work? By th...

With the Varget loaded, the Hogden web site said that 29gr.was just over 3700fps. So I guestimated at around 3600 for my load.

I found a load today, but it's awful slow.

Over the weekend I tinkerd with some different powders I have. I just started loading the 204 so I don't have a lot of stuff that will work. The only bullets I have are 32gr. v-max. I really want to go to the 39gr. Sierra. Anyway, the combo I found to work is 28.5 gr of Varget w/ the 32V-Max. I'm gu...
