Using the info I have gained here I have made hand loads that make my .204 shoot better than I thought was possibly with a factory gun (or someone with my skills for that ...

WP: The only real way to have that measurement have any meaning, would be to measure just above the web of a fired factory case, and compare it to one of your working handloads. My opinion no My history with case neck turning I only do it for two reasons 1. Custom chambered rifles that you know exactly what the...

For sheer fun and excellent practice shooting in hunting situations, shooting jack rabbits that are in high concentrations in deep heavy crusted snow is top of the line. Going this weekend to shoot up a bunch more and it doesn't get much more fun with a rifle. Everything is offhand at ranges from 15...

Re: Shooting for groups under hunting conditions.
Has anybody shot for groups off the bench with shooting sticks or on the bench with only a front rest? I did and my groups went from about .500" to just over 1" @ 100 yards. I always see groups shot off bags but none under hunting conditions. :chin: Anyone care to share some? You can't ta...

I have a regular loading bench with two presses mounted on it but for comfort and convienience I built this stand w/adapters to be able to set up a press anywhere. http://www.hunt101.com/img/446675.JPG this happens to be a RCS press but will accommodate a JR2, JR5, RC and this press.......probably a...

Just got started using them back in February and spent four days shooting pds in March. We load all our own (when you can find brass) and have only worked with 32gr. bullets ...
