Re: Need a new rifle

My TC encore in 25-06 will will easily shoot 1 moa and it did it with every weight bullet I tried: 85- 115 grain factory loads. With handloads it clovered at 200 yrds, I was pleasantly surprised and the guy next to me at the range with his tactical remmy looked a little jealous. I actuallly b...

Re: odd colored coyote

Have one around my house that is a beautiful dark brown like the color of your wood stock Guy M, never seen that color before, but most of them are colored like the one in your pic.

My first coyote with 204

Finally got the pic from my friend. Taken somtime in January of 2008. My Rig is a remmy XR-100 topped with a Bushnell 4-16x50 4200 elite. Came downstairs at about 7:00am and saw a tail pass by one of the back windows (not more than 10 ft from the house). Ran up stairs to grab my rifle from the safe ...

I realize that the accuracy wouldn't be great with either of these rifles so i might skip on the mini ranch, however as far as the mini 30 is concerned the bush where i go deer hunting is thick enough that the farthest shot i might have to make is about 60yds. I was actually looking at a few M4s and...

Ruger mini ranch or mini 30

Wondering if anyone here has any experiance with these rifles. It looks like the mini ranch would be a fun plinker and short range varmint rifle. For thick bush I was thinking the mini thirty would be a good deer rifle, nice and short, easy to swing , and good for quick shots . They both look like r...
