Well, the powder that I used to shoot those groups with was probably over 5 years old (IMR 4895 that came in a tin can) I picked some new powder up. Do you think that this new powder would make much of a difference in my groups?

A single shot won't limit you much, or at all, unless your calling in yotes. Lots of people here have savages and CZs that are tackdrivers, but I have a AR15 thats a tackdriver as well. If your going to hunt coyotes I would go with the leupy 4-14 but you'd probably be better off with a 3-9. For varm...
